The inaugural NYC Television Week starts Monday Oct. 28 at the Waldorf Astoria with a lineup of top-tier speakers, including NCTA’s Michael Powell; NAB’s Gordon Smith; GroupM's Irwin Gotlieb; NBA Commissioner David Stern; Tribune's Peter Liguori; and Sony’s Steve Mosko.
