InterActiveCorp said Monday that it will begin buying back shares as soon as Tuesday.
The Barry Diller-run company said its board of directors has authorized it to purchase up to 102.9 million shares of its common stock.
The repurchases will be used in part to offset a portion of the dilution that will result following IAC’s pending acquisition of Ask Jeeves Inc.
