Holyfield to Headline FSN Boxing Card

Four-time heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield will be the headliner for an Aug. 18 FSN live boxing telecast.

FSN will televise Holyfield’s fight against journeyman Jeremy Bates as part of its Best Damn Sports Show Period sports news/entertainment show, according to Fox Sports officials.

FSN’s last televised boxing event was a May 5, 2005, bout featuring heavyweight Frez Oquendo.

The 43-year old Holyfield hasn't fought since losing a bout to Larry Donald in 2004.
