HBO’s ‘Chernobyl’ Wins Limited Series Emmy Award

Emmy winners in the limited series or movie category were spread across several shows and performers.

HBO’s drama series Chernobyl took home the Emmy statuette for Outstanding Limited Series, while Netflix’s Bandersnatch (Black Mirror) won the Emmy for Outstanding Television Movie.

Jharrel Jerome was the top choice in the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie for his role in Netflix’s When They See Us, while Michelle Williams won the statuette for Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for her performance in FX’s Fosse/Verdon.

Patricia Arquette (Hulu’s The Act) and Ben Whishaw (Netflix’s A Very English Scandal) won Emmy awards in the Outstanding Supporting Actress and Actor in a Limited Series or Movie categories, respectively.
