HBO and TBS will air Comic Relief 2006 live Saturday, Nov. 18 from 9 p.m.-midnight (EST), tape-delayed on the West Coast.
The event will air live from Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Billy Crystal, Whoopi Goldberg and Robin Williams will host, along with Comic Relief president and founder Bob Zmuda.
The telecast will also include a live remote from Harrah’s Fulton Street in New Orleans showcasing the work of Big Easy filmmaker Kenny Morrison.
Proceeds from Comic Relief 2006 will help families affected by Hurricane Katrina in the rebirth of New Orleans.
