GSN Graduates With 'Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?'

GSN (Game Show Network) made its second big announcement in as many days as it has secured rights to the former Fox network game show Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?

GSN will air 90 episodes of the Twentieth Television series, produced by Mark Burnett beginning Nov. 6, according to network officials.

Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader, in which adults attempt to answer elementary school questions, will air in five-hour blocks on Sunday nights from 7 p.m. to midnight.

The announcement follows on the heels of the network's appointment of former Lifetime, Oxygen and Bravo programming executive Amy Introcaso-Davis as executive vice president of programming.

Introcaso-Davis, who will report to GSN president & CEO David Goldhill, will be responsible for developing and acquiring programming designed to grow GSN's core audience of adult females, according to officials.
