FX Secures 'Jurassic World' Rights
FX Networks has secured the rights for box office hit Jurassic World after the movie's record-breaking weekend.
The thriller, which generated $208 million at the box office, will air on Fox Networks and its suite of networks FX, FXX and FXM, said network officials. The agreement follows the company's acquisition of TV rights for Furious 7, as well as Pitch Perfect 2 and Taken 3, said network officials.
The Universal Pictures-distributed film -- based on the Jurassic Park franchise -- stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.
