Meg Lowe, an industry veteran of 20-plus years with positions in affiliate sales and marketing at both Viacom and most recently Discovery/OWN, suffered a terrible cycling accident over Memorial Day weekend. She sustained a fracture to her C5 and C6 vertebrae as well as serious injuries to her face and jaw, friends helping her with her recovery said.
After seven weeks of hospitalization and rehab, friends say, Lowe is making progress, although her road to recovery will continue to be long and challenging.
