Lou Fazio has joined GSN in the newly created position of vice president of scheduling and acquisitions.
Fazio had been executive director of programming and acquisitions for Toon Disney and ABC Kids.
He will report to GSN senior VP of programming Ian Valentine.
GSN, formerly Game Show Network, is owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment and Liberty Media Corp.
