Ex-Comcast Exec Doyle Joins RCH Cable Board

RCH Cable of Moorestown, N.J., said former Comcast Eastern Division president Michael Doyle has joined its board of directors.

RCH, which provides outside sales, acquisition and retention services to cable operators, said Doyle would help it identify and strategize new in-home and in the field, sales, retention and collections programs for cable operators. He joins Maggie Bellville, a former Cox and Charter operating executive, among others on the board.

Doyle left Comcast last summer after the company realigned divisions and installed former Midwest division chief William Connors as the Eastern division's top executive.

"Mike Doyle and Maggie Bellville are both proven leaders with unparalleled understanding of critical subscriber management issues and their financial ramifications," RCH Cable CEO Bob Halgas said in a release. "They will help provide invaluable new initiatives that will further reduce churn and directly benefit operators' bottom lines."

RCH said Doyle is founder and president of Broader Vision LLC and serves on the boards of WPCS International and the Pennsylvania Cable Network. He's also board chairman of the Mommy's Light Lives on Fund, a charity devoted to helping children and teens who have lost a mother.
