Kara Rousseau has joined The Walt Disney Co. as vice president, ad-sales marketing, Disney ABC Kids Networks.
Rousseau had been VP of marketing for Time Warner Inc.’s global-marketing group.
At Disney, she will be responsible for the management of national consumer promotions and marketing partnerships for Disney's kids’-television platforms, including the ABC Television Network's Saturday-morning “ABC Kids” daypart, 24-hour cable network Toon Disney, the daily kids' “Jetix” block on ABC Family Channel and partnership opportunities on Disney Channel.
She reports to Disney Channel senior VP of marketing Matt Palmer and Disney ABC Cable Networks Group senior VP of ad sales and promotion Tricia Wilber.
