Disney Channel Renews ‘Elena Of Avalor’

Disney Channel Worldwide has greenlit a third season of its animated series Elena Of Avalor, the network said Monday.

The series, which follows an adventurous teenager of Hispanic origin who rules her kingdom as crown princess, launched in 2016 and became the most watched series for girls aged 2 to 11, said network officials.

The second season of Elena Of Avalor will debut this fall on Disney Channel and Disney Junior. The series, which features the voices of Aimee Carrero, Jenna Ortega, Chris Parnell, Yvette Nicole Brown and Carlos Alazraqui, is executively produced by Craig Gerber.
