Roger F. Millay joined Discovery Communications as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Millay had been senior VP and CFO at Airgas.
At Discovery, he will be responsible for leading global financial functions and future financial strategies, directing all accounting, treasury, budgeting, audit and tax activities. Millay will also serve on Discovery's executive committee.
