John Duff has joined CSTV Networks Inc. as executive vice president of distribution.
Duff had been executive director at America Online Inc. Prior to AOL, he had been senior VP of affiliate sales, marketing and local ad sales for Bravo, The Independent Film Channel and Mag Rack.
In his new role at CSTV, he will oversee cable and university affiliates.
