CSTV Programs Three New Specials

College sports programmer CSTV is exploring new terrain with three new original specials Sunday.

The first, Flying High: The FSU Circus, is a behind-the-scenes special on the circus at Florida State University, one of the nation’s two collegiate circuses. The hour-long documentary follows the progress of first-year members, as well as veterans preparing for the opening performance of the circus’ 60th-anniversary year. Flying High airs at 7 p.m.

Following at 8 p.m., the network will run a new episode of One2One, presented by TIAA-CREF, which will feature an interview with University of Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino. The coach will touch on subjects such as his decision to leave the University of Kentucky for the Boston Celtics, the famous 1992 Kentucky versus Duke regional championship and the death of Pitino’s six-month-old son.

Finally, at 10 p.m., the network will air the World Series of Video Games Quake 4 Finals, presented by Intel. The hour-long episode will follow eight gamers during the final throws of competition in first-person shooter game Quake 4. The prize: $20,000 cash and a Rolex watch.
