Leslie Park has been promoted to vice president of legal and business affairs at Hallmark Channel parent Crown Media Holdings Inc.
Park will be responsible for all corporate and securities-law issues, as well as overseeing legal and business-affairs work for the company’s overseas operations.
She reports to executive VP of business affairs and general counsel Charles Stanford.
