Court TV will offer free downloadable curriculum units and video resources about the dangers of youth gangs for use in middle and high schools, the network said.
The network’s resource guide will use footage from documentary Al Roker Investigates: Menace on Main Street to engage students in activities and discussions designed to prevent them from joining gangs and participating in violence and criminal activities.
The resources became available on Court TV’s Web site (www.courttv.com/choices) Wednesday, and Menace on Main Street will debut on the network Thursday at 10 p.m.
