Court TV said Thursday that its Court TV Online (www.courttv.com) unit will use thePlatform for media Inc.’s media-publishing system.
The vendor said its media-publishing system “reduces the complexities and costs of managing, publishing, securing and monitoring rich media.”
“thePlatform makes video publishing easy for Courttv.com," Court TV Online senior producer Andrew Brooks said in a prepared statement. "But equally important, thePlatform's comprehensive tool set gives us the ability to add new video applications quickly and cost-effectively.”
Court TV had been using broadcast services from Yahoo! Inc. (www.yahoo.com).
