Convergys Corp. has promoted David F. Dougherty to president and chief operating officer.
Dougherty had been executive vice president of the customer-care, human-resources and billing-services provider’s global-information-management group.
Convergys also promoted Steven G. Rolls from executive VP of global customer management and employee care to executive VP.
