Comcast Contractor Killed While Trying to Retrieve Hat

A 37-year-old Comcast contractor was killed Monday afternoon in Cranberry, Pa., after he was run over by the truck he and his team were operating, Comcast confirmed.

William, Graham, Jr., an employee for Comcast contractor Duda Cable Construction, was run over by the truck’s rear tires after jumping off the vehicle to retrieve his hard hat, the Associated Press reported.

The truck was backing up while Graham was attempting to retrieve his hard hat, AP reported. Another worker severely hurt his leg while trying to help Graham, state police said.
