Susan Roesgen has joined Cable News Network as a full-time correspondent assigned to its new Gulf Coast bureau.
Roesgen had been the 10 p.m. news anchor at WGNO-TV, as well as a host and reporter for a variety of broadcast and news outlets.
CNN opened its new bureau in September to cover the entire Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina.
