Kelly Cline has joined Fox Cable Networks Group as senior vice president of business and legal affairs.
Cline had been with sister company 20th Century Fox Television.
At Fox Cable, he will oversee all program licensing, production commitments, standards and practices and other related business and legal matters pertaining to original and acquired programming, reporting to executive VP and general counsel Rita Tuzon.
