‘Basketball Wives: LA’ Scores Renewal

VH1 will keep the ball in play for a fifth season of its sports-themed reality series Basketball Wives: LA, the network said Wednesday.

The network has renewed the popular series, which will end its fourth season on Oct. 4 and will feature a Reunion Special on Oct. 11, said network officials.

The fourth season of the series, which is produced by Shed Media, posted triple digit games within the network’s target female 18-34 demo compared to the same period last year, according to VH1.
