Regional sports network start-up Altitude Sports & Entertainment added to its programming roster Monday, announcing a deal with the University of Wyoming for live and taped programming during the 2004-05 season, ranging from women’s basketball to men’s wrestling, among other sports.
Adding content from the Mountain West Conference member supplements Altitude’s programming roster, which features Denver Nuggets National Basketball Association games.
“Wyoming athletics have outstanding appeal in our broadcast area, and we’re very pleased that the Cowboys are joining our lineup of college programming,” Altitude senior vice president of programming Shelly Harper said in a prepared statement.
“We’ve made a commitment to bring our viewers regional sports and events that they care about, and Wyoming has a very loyal and passionate following,” Harper added.
