A&E Drives 'Tattoo Highway'

A&E Network will take viewers on a tattoo road trip with Thomas Pendelton, beginning this spring.
In Tatto Highway, A&E will turn the cameras on master tattoo artist Pendelton, star of the A&E's former show Inked, and his wife and business partner Maureeen, who have transformed a 1970s tour bus into a tattoo parlor on wheels. The vehicle features a swanky interior and top-of-the-line tattooing equipment, enabling tattoos for anyone, anywhere.
"From the creation of the art, to the environment that I tattooed in, it has always been about my customers' experience," said Pendelton in a statement. "In a street shop it was easy to forget just how personal that experience should be. Rolling up and parking the shop right in the middle of someone's life, well, there is nothing more personal than that."
Tattoo Highway is produced for A&E Networks by Juma Entertainment, LLC. Bob Horowitz and Lewis Fenton are executive producers for Juma, while Robert Sharenow and Neil Cohen are A&E's producers on the project.
