Regan heads news corp. D.C. office

Michael Regan starts as the new head of News Corp.'s Washington office April 9. He comes to News Corp. from wireless company NextWave Telecom. He will report to News Corp. President and COO Peter Chernin and Fox Television Chairman Brian Mulligan.
