Pay TV Households to Push 1B By 2018

Pay-TV households worldwide are predicted to approach 1
billion by 2018, according to a 97-country study by Digital TV
Research.

Leading the way is expected to be China with 313 million by
the end of 2018, followed by India at 158 million and the U.S. with 107
million.

Together, that accounts for over half (58%) of
all pay TV households.
