James new antitrust czar

The White House Friday nominated Charles James to be assistant attorney
general in charge of antitrust.

James -- an attorney with Washington, D.C.-based law firm Jones, Day, Reavis
& Pogue and a former deputy assistant attorney general -- replaces Joel
Klein. Klein is now chairman and CEO of the U.S. division of German media
company Bertelsmann A.G. in New York.
