Elissa Harman, director of consumer marketing at Comedy Central, has joined Oxygen Media as vp of consumer marketing.
She reports to Jane Olson, senior vp, marketing and brand strategy.
Harman will be overseeing all advertising and promotion, media strategy and strategic partnerships.
Harman's resume includes stints at Lifetime and HBO.
