fuboTV, the sports-oriented virtual MVPD, has released a new version (2.5) of its app for the Roku platform that includes some new VOD- and network-focused features.
The latest release, for example, lets subs continue watching a VOD title from where they left off, and the updated EPG includes a seven-day look-ahead.
The new version also includes updated network pages, as well as some functionality fixes such as a “What’s New” card that provides users with a tutorial of new features whenever the app is upgraded.
fuboTV has also developed apps for Apple TV boxes, Amazon Fire TV and Android TV devices, iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, web browsers and also works with Chromecast.
Last fall, fuboTV said it had more than 100,000 subs.
