Britt Cancels Media Institute Speech

Time Warner Cable chairman and CEO Glenn Britt Tuesday canceled a trip to Washington scheduled for June 20 for a speech to a media exec audience due to the death of his mother, a spokesperson for the company confirmed.

Britt was scheduled to address the Media Institute in Washington, but had to cancel the meetings and reschedule the speech.
