MSG+ To Air Yale-Harvard Playoff on Saturday

The Ivy League men’s basketball crown is on the line Saturday and MSG+ will present the playoff between co-champions Harvard and Yale.

The regional sports network will air the game live from The Palestra in Philadelphia at 4 p.m. (ET).

The winner qualifies for the 2015 NCAA Men’s Division 1 Basketball Championship as the Ivy League titlist claims an automatic berth to the tourney.

Harvard (21-7, 11-3 in the Ivy) is the four-time defending conference champion, while Yale (22-9, 11-3 Ivy) is looking for its first trip to the Big Dance since 1962.

The teams, which split their two previous meetings this season, are engaging in the ninth playoff in conference history.

The broadcast  begins with a pregame show at 3:30 p.m. and will conclude with a post-game show immediately following the contest.

America Sports Network will also present the contest linearly, while ESPN3 will stream the action.
