fuboTV, the sports-focused virtual MVPD, has hired Yale Wang to the post of VP, head of North American marketing.
Wang reports to Alberto Horihuela, a fuboTV co-founder and the company’s chief marketing officer.
Wang previously was VP and head of marketing for DramaFever, an SVOD service specializing in Korean TV shows and films and other international fare that’s now part of Warner Bros. At DramaFever, Wang previously worked with Horihuela and two other fuboTV co-founders – David Gandler and Sung Ho Choi.
At fuboTV, Wang will head up the service’s marketing efforts in the North American region.
He comes on board on the heels of the launch of fuboTV’s first national ad campaign.
