What’s Premiering This Week (Oct. 7-Oct. 13)

Content distributors this week will get into the Halloween spirit early with the debut of several horror-themed shows.

Scary content targeted to kids are on tap to premiere during the week of Oct. 7 to Oct. 13, including the Oct. 11 debut of Nickelodeon’s Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and Hulu’s Little Monsters (pictured). Also on Oct. 12, Syfy debuts a more sinister rendering of the 1970’s Saturday morning children show The Banana Splits.

Also dropping this week are several music-themed shows, including Netflix’s Oct. 9 competition series Rhythm + Flow and AMC’s Hip Hop: The Songs That Shook America (Oct. 13)
