Another former Vonage exec has joined YipTV, the OTT-TV, no-contract multiplatform service launched last May that’s focused on Spanish-language video services.
YipTV has appointed Louis Holder as chief technology officer, a post that will reunite him with YipTV co-founder and former Vonage president Michael Tribolet.
“Lou and I worked together during the early days at Vonage,” Tribolet said in a statement. “What an amazing opportunity to work with him again in building another scalable, direct to consumer media-based business.”
Holder, a former co-founder of Vonage and previously served as president and co-founder of Vonage Mobile, will head up YipTV’s infrastructure efforts to support future growth.
Before joining YipTV, Holder was CEO of Innovaci, a U.S. based company focused on smart appliance technologies in the health and wellness market sector. He is also late of ooVoo and Narrowstep. Before joining Vonage, Holder was a vice president in the program trading technology group at PaineWebber.
