Vimeo Nets FitFusion Deal

Online video specialist Vimeo said it has been tapped to power the relaunch of FitFusion, a subscription VOD service from health and wellness expert Jillian Michaels.

Vimeo said the service runs on its VHX system and supports iOS and Android mobile devices and TV-connected platforms that include Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Google’s Chromecast streaming adapter.

Vimeo acquired VHX, a company that makes a white-label over-the-top video platform, in 2015, and marked a deal that pushed Vimeo more deeply into the SVOD arena
