NeuLion Powers PokerGO

Online video specialist NeuLion said it has entered a new deal to power PokerGO, the OTT-delivered subscription service that provides access to a lineup of live and on-demand content dedicated to poker.

Poker Central launched PokerGO in May, debuting about six months after the company decided to shut down a linear TV network that was carried by a handful of MVPDs. The new OTT version of the service is available in  more than 150 countries.

Under the streaming-focused deal, PokerGO is using NeuLion’s Digital Platform, which handles distribution and monetization components for the OTT service.

PokerGO currently supports several platforms, including iOS and Android mobile devices, Xbox One and PlayStation consoles, Apple TV boxes, Roku players, and Amazon Fire TV devices.
