MeTV Tabs CenterSpan for VOD Distribution

Internet video-on-demand content provider MeTV Networks Inc. will use
CenterSpan Communications Corp.'s content-delivery network for distribution
under an agreement announced Monday.

Under the agreement, CenterSpan's 'C-StarOne' service will provide
distribution for MeTV's 3,500-title library of on-demand broadband content,
including movies, music, sports and TV services.

That includes programming from cable networks such as E! Entertainment
Television, Ovation, Triangle Television Network, Courtroom Television Network
and Game Show Network.

MeTV's content service now reaches more than 100,000 set-top boxes
worldwide.

'We chose CenterSpan because they have a service that keeps costs low without
diminishing the quality of entertainment our subscribers enjoy in their living
room,' MeTV senior vice president Michael Dutcher said.

'The rapid growth we're seeing in the adoption of our service demands a
secure, scalable network capable of maintaining that quality as our subscriber
base increases,' he added.
