Ahead of tonight’s game six World Series matchup between the Houston Astros and Los Angeles Dodgers, sports-focused OTT TV service fuboTV said it has added live local Fox feeds in a dozen more markets.
fuboTV, which, like other virtual MVPDs, is grappling with YouTube TV’s high-profile sponsorship of the World Series, said the latest batch includes the following:
-Albuquerque/KRQE (Nexstar Media Gruop
-Louisville, Ky./WDRB (Block Communications)
-Jacksonville/WFOX (Cox Media Group)
-New Orleans/WVUE (Raycom Media)
-Little Rock/KLRT (Nexstar)
-Colorado Springs/KXRM (Nexstar)
-Baton Rouge/WGMB (Nexstar)
fuboTV said the latest launches pushes its U.S. home coverage of Fox to 80 markets and 66% of U.S. households, adding that subs not in those markets can watch Fox programming on demand through fuboTV's own VOD platform or by accessing Fox TV Everywhere apps with their fuboTV credentials.
