I may submit it for Craigslist "best of."

Skim the description; then look closely at the photo. 

A little backgrounder:  "CJ," who posted the ad, claims to be a real estate agent with Bradley, a high end firm here in Marin. 

But the email "CJ" lists is cj@cjmarinhomes.com   cjmarinhomes is one of those aggregator sites.

In a market where elaborate staging is the norm, and agents are known to hire chefs to cook lunch for the open house looky-loos, ya gotta love CJ’s take on the industry.
