Netflix Unveils Video Trailer for New Season of 'Peaky Blinders'

Netflix Thursday released a video trailer for the fifth season of its drama series Peaky Blinders, which debuts Oct. 4.

The UK-based series chronicles the exploits and evolution of gangster Tommy Shelby -- played by Cillian Murphy -- from a backstreet crime lord to legitimate businessman and member of parliament, according to the streaming service. 

Peaky Blinders is produced by Caryn Mandabach Productions and Tiger Aspect Productions for BBC One; executive produced by Caryn Mandabach, Steven Knight, Jamie Glazebrook, David Mason, Cillian Murphy, Patrick Spence, and Tommy Bulfin.
