HBO Rings Up June Premiere Date for ‘Euphoria’

HBO has set a June 16 premiere date for its high school-themed drama Euphoria, the network said Thursday.

The eight-episode series stars Zendaya (Spider-Man: Homecoming) and follows a group of high school students as they navigate drugs, sex, identity, trauma, social media, love and friendship, according to HBO

Euphoria is executive produced by Sam Levinson, Drake, Future the Prince, Ravi Nandan, Kevin Turen, Hadas Mozes Lichtenstein, Ron Leshem, Daphna Levin, Tmira Yardeni, Mirit Toovi, Yoram Mokady, Gary Lennon and Jim Kleverweis.
