World Wrestling Entertainment promoted 20-year company veteran Frank Serpe to chief financial officer.
Serpe, who joined WWE in 1986 as vice president and controller, was named acting CFO last month, when Michael Sileck was promoted to chief operating officer.
Before joining WWE, Serpe worked at CBS and at accounting firm Ernst & Whinney.
