World Wrestling Entertainment’s chief financial officer is now its chief operating officer.
Michael Sileck was promoted to the COO post, where he will manage all of the company’s global business operations, reporting to WWE chairman Vince McMahon.
Senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer Frank Serpe will serve as acting CFO.
Sileck joined WWE in May 2005.
