WUSA Reboots Senior Management

The Women's United Soccer Association, the cable-centric pro soccer league
that recently completed its first season, will move its headquarters to Atlanta,
the circuit announced today.

WUSA will shift its headquarters and league-wide
functions to Atlanta, where it will utilize the corporate infrastructure of Cox Enterprises,
one of its investor-owners.

Although WUSA will retain an office in New York to serve its sponsors and
their agencies, all administrative functions of the WUSA will be based in
Atlanta at offices provided by Cox Enterprises under a management contract with
the league.

WUSA board of governors also approved the appointment of Lynn Morgan as president of WUSA.

During the league's inaugural year, Morgan served as general manager of Cox
Pro Sports and was responsible for the development and management of the league
champion Atlanta Beat and the San Diego Spirit squad.

Additionally, former U.S. Women's National Team coach Tony DiCicco was named
commissioner. Reporting directly to the board of governors, DiCicco will be
responsible for developing and coordinating the League's relationship with all
external organizations including U.S. Soccer, FIFA, NCAA, and international
organizations, as well as overseeing the competitive direction of the
league.

Barbara Allen, who served as the league's chief executive officer for its
inaugural season, will continue in an advisory role during the headquarters
transition period.

In addition to Cox Enterprises, WUSA's investor group includes Cox
Communications Inc., AOL Time Warner, Comcast Corp., as well as Discovery
Communications Inc. founder John Hendricks, John S. Hendricks, who serves as
chairman, and former Continental Cablevision leader Amos
Hostetter.
