Wild Planet Toys will produce role-play toys based on Nickelodeon’s popular SpongeBob SquarePants character under a deal announced Monday.
The first four products resulting from the agreement will be released this fall: "Krabby Patty Station," "The Krusty Krab Cash Register," "SpongeBob Sea Talkies" and "Bikini Bottom Binocs."
"We're thrilled that SpongeBob was chosen to be Wild Planet's first product line based on an entertainment license," Nick Consumer Products vice president of toys and marketing Jim Davey said in a release.
"Kids tell us constantly that they want to be part of SpongeBob's world, and now, there's a great line of role-play toys to help them create that experience," he added.
