Tim Cole, formerly of Tele-Communications Inc., as Southern division president;
Charles Kirtley, former executive VP and CEO of Excalibur Cable Communications, as senior vice president, national field operations; and
Ted Carrier, former COO of TeleCore, as senior vice president, centralized operations.
