Joe Slavin has joined Viamedia as general manager, Northern California operations.
Slavin had been vice president of advertising sales for Charter Communications Inc.
Rep firm Viamedia and its affiliated companies deliver advertising opportunities to more than1.5 million cable households and 5.2 million regional-news-network homes across the United States.
