VH1 Queues Up ‘Political’ Programming

Who has more bling: President George W. Bush or democratic nominee Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.)?

VH1 will attempt to answer that question Monday, Aug. 30 at 10 p.m. when it airs The Fabulous Life: Bush vs. Kerry Bling-Off.

The special will help to determine “which candidate has the best homes, the blingier bride and can boast the best ride,” the network said.

Then the next day at 10 p.m., the network will premiere Arnold Schwarzenegger: A VH1 Popumentary, a one hour movie chronicling Schwarzenegger's (played by Bradley James) election as governor of California and his life leading up to that event.

The film will interweave archival footage and news clips along with originally scripted scenes, VH1 said.
