While USA Network was not the most-watched network in total viewers during the summer, it was the top choice among key viewership demos, including adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and adults 25-54.
Cable networks in general didn’t fare well year-to-year with adult viewers, and especially with younger viewers. Of the top 10 networks, only Discovery Channel and HGTV posted audience increases among 18-49 year olds, while Discovery Channel was the lone cable network in the top 10 to average more viewers in 2015 than 2014 among adults 18-34.
